Our first supervision session would be a contract session, which doesn’t lock anyone into a certain number of sessions but it is focused on the duty of care that I have as Supervisor and what types of things you might like to work on. Depending upon your situation we will agree how regularly we meet. Someone in full time work would generally have 8-9 sessions a year. Each session is 60 minutes in length. The cost for each session will also depend on your circumstances.
